Bill Quimby Accused of Falsifying Blog Posts

The lawsuit involving Ringcentral VS. the repeat offender Bill Quimby of Tollfreenumbers.com was discussed by industry experts today because Ringcentral officially alleges that various “blog” posts on Tollfreenumbers.com:

appear to have been purportedly made by other individuals and consumers of Tollfreenumbers.com, but may have in fact been falsified and posted by Bill Quimby.

Ringcentral also stated that Bill S. Quimby engages in “False Advertising.” Ringcentral cited several instances where Bill Quimby makes misleading statements on his websites.

Ringcentral also said Bill Quimby is Cybersquatting Domain Names.

Rincentral is a San Mateo, California based telecommunications company and is Registered and approved by the Toll Free Advisory Committee and SMSGOV.com

Bill Quimby is owner of an Unregistered and SMSGOV unapproved toll-free brokering website. He was served a complaint to his Teresa st address in Yonkers NY in 2009 regarding Ringcentrals statements.

Google Nexus One: New Toll Free Number

The new Google toll free has come customers confused. Here is the lowdown: Google Nexus One phone users had hopes today of being able to dial a toll free phone number and speak with a Google representative for any type of support and question. But, they soon learned that the phone number is only “for questions about your existing order,” as Google’s support page clearly states. Immediately below the newly posted instructions for shipping questions, the “Technical Support” section now directs customers with problems with the phone to HTC, the phone’s manufacturer: “For technical support, please contact HTC customer care at 1-888-216-4736.

He tells us that at every turn during the process of making plans for his trip, he called a toll free phone number. Airline tickets. (800 number) Hotel reservations (877 number) Car rental (800 number) Dinner reservations at the hottest sushi place (866 number) Tickets for events (888 number) He never paid for a single call to Vancouver. How can any business run in 2010 without a toll free number?
