Covista Communications was established in 1983 in Little Falls, New Jersey. The company has since moved its corporate headquarters to Chattanooga, Tennessee. Covista is a facilities-based telecommunications service provider for residential and commercial customers. Henry Luken serves as chairman of Covista Communications. Prior to purchasing a major interest in Covista, Mr. Luken founded Telco Communications and Long Distance Wholesale Club in 1993 and was a pioneer in dial-around long distance service. Accudial’s CEO is Kevin Alward and its CFO is Frank Pazera.

Covista offers both toll free and local numbers. Toll free services range from $4 to $64 per month with varied limits on minutes and contractual commitments. Different plans are available in different regions of the United States. International service is available at competitive rates.
