Plans range from $9.99 for basic toll free to $99.99 per month for enhanced services with allowable minutes ranging from 100 to 2,500 and allowable mailbox extensions ranging from 5 to 100. Additional minutes run between 3.9 cents and 5.9 cents depending on selected plan.

There is a one time set up fee and an additional fee of $25 for search and assignment of a vanity number. Customers looking for a true 800 number will be charged a one-time fee of $15. Additional toll free numbers cost $5 per month for each extra number.

TollFreeMax has an active pool of numbers for selection and assignment within one hour. Vanity numbers can be assigned within one week. There are no contracts however customers who cancel service in less than one year of signing up will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. VoIP service is available.

Plans include call forwarding, call announce, messaging center, on hold music, caller id, fax services, unlimited voicemail, conference calls, email message delivery, fax services, and call reports.
