Twenty-two years ago, what is now Kall8 was founded as an enhanced telecom design firm specializing in custom voice and data applications. The Seattle-based Kall8 was then introduced in 1993 and has grown into a global telecom carrier offering both toll free and local numbers.

Features related to toll free services include virtual PBX, call blocking, call tracking, voicemail, fax, call forwarding, conferencing, address look-up, greetings, call recording, call notification, email messages, caller id, maximum call length settings, hunt groups, online account management, and international toll free service.

Kall8 charges both set-up and monthly fees for enhanced features. Toll free 888, 877, and 866 numbers cost a $2 set up fee and a $2 monthly usage fee.  A true 800 area code has a $5 set up and $5 monthly fee. Fees for vanity, repeater and premium numbers are higher for both set up and monthly services. There is no charge to port a toll free number from another carrier to Kall8.

Kall8 offers toll free international services ($50 for set up and a $28 monthly usage fee.) Any Kall8 number can have multiple Virtual PBX systems. Each Virtual PBX is $50 to set up and $25 per month for usage. Customers using call recording, hunt groups, call announcements, and address look-up will pay additional usage fees.
