One Purpose of the Tollfree Advisory Committee (TAC) is to assist in arbitrating disputes between subscribers/Responsible Organizations/the Government/and end users of telephone and communications services.
The Tollfree Advisory Committee (TAC) also helps guide the telecom industry in order for it to self regulate. If you have a dispute or compliance issue with a Responsible Organization, we may be able to help both sides come to a fair agreement.
Reporting an Issue
You can report your issue along with your name, telephone number, carrier in question, and a valid way for us to get in contact with you and we can help do a investigation and arbitrate your dispute.
Anonymous Reports
Anonymous reports are also welcomed, but please be as specific as possible. Due to the large volume of incoming reports, anonymous reports will not be dealt with as quickly as official reports.
