Connecticut Officials Connect With Toll Free

Connecticut Governor M. Jodi Rell advised residents impacted by last weekend’s storm that they can call the state Insurance Department’s toll free phone number at 800-203-3447 with questions about claims. “The destruction that Fairfield County experienced from this storm was like nothing I have ever seen,” Governor Rell said. “Thousands of towering trees were blown over while countless houses and vehicles were damaged by debris.” Residents can also visit the state Insurance Department’s website at http://www.ct.gov/cid to get tips for making the claims process easier.
