Obama Holds Prime Time Update on BP. Toll Free Helps Provide Info

President Obama presented a prime-time speech last night on the disaster in the Gulf. With 60,000 gallons of oil still spewing into the pristine waters two months after the burst, he urged BP to get control fast. As past of the effort, the government is asking residents to use toll free telephone numbers to provide information.
