Toll Free Helps North Carolina’s Needy

On March 5, volunteer attorneys in North Carolina will use toll free phone numbers to provide free legal information from six call-in centers across the state. The statewide service project is linked to the NCBA’s 4ALL campaign to provide legal aid to the poor. Residents of all 100 North Carolina counties are encouraged to participate through a network of seven toll-free phone numbers. It seems that every month new ways to help connect to the needy and disadvantaged are found through toll free phone service.
